Your tasksOverall project management of construction projects / developments from inception to completion in Spain and ideally, InternationallyResponsibility for defined project goals (timings, costs, and quality) and for the implementation with the design team of cost effective concepts and solutionsCoordination of planning team (client side and externally) and control of project teams from inception of projects to handoverSupport in developing with the client project and procurement strategiesPreparing time schedules, and cost estimates incl.
