Your tasks

Overall project management of construction projects / developments from inception to completion in Spain and ideally, Internationally

Responsibility for defined project goals (timings, costs, and quality) and for the implementation with the design team of cost effective concepts and solutions

Coordination of planning team (client side and externally) and control of project teams from inception of projects to handover

Support in developing with the client project and procurement strategies

Preparing time schedules, and cost estimates incl. monitoring resources and schedules

Supervision of contractors site activities

Working together with other colleagues within the Drees & Sommer International organization

Overall management and responsibility for success of projects

Your profile

Qualified to degree level in architecture, civil engineering or property development

At least 5 years professional experience managing construction projects

International work experience and intercultural competence preferred

Excellent English / Spanish skills (both written and spoken), German is a plus

Ability to inspire confidence and deal with clients, contractors and designers at all levels in a proactive way

Willingness and assertiveness to lead with leadership / team skills

Willingness to travel within Europe
