Exciting and ambitious projects for Spanish and International clients are waiting for you!Your tasksOverall project management of construction projects / developments from inception to completion in Spain and ideally, Internationally Responsibility for defined project goals (timings, costs, and quality) and for the implementation with the design team of cost effective concepts and solutionsCoordination of planning team (client side and externally) and control of project teams from inception of projects to handoverSupport in developing with the client project and procurement strategiesPreparing time schedules, and cost estimates incl. monitoring resources and schedulesSupervision of contractors site activitiesWorking together with other colleagues within the Drees & Sommer International organizationOverall management and responsibility for success of projectsYour profileQualified to degree level in architecture, civil engineering or property developmentAt least 5 years professional experience managing construction projectsInternational work experience and intercultural competence preferredExcellent English / Spanish skills (both written and spoken), German is a plusAbility to inspire confidence and deal with clients, contractors and designers at all levels in a proactive wayWillingness and assertiveness to lead with leadership / team skillsWillingness to travel within EuropeWe offerExciting and varied tasks relating to regional and international projects in the construction and real estate industryA work environment that enthusiastically embraces and supports innovative ideas and sustainable practicesThe opportunity to assume responsibility right from the start according to our 'allowed to take-action' policyThe Drees & Sommer Academy with its wide range of advanced education and training offersAttractive career opportunities
