Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Develop project plans, timelines, and cost estimates in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and other key personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all teams.
Monitor project progress, ensuring that quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, working closely with the Safety Officer and other stakeholders to identify and address any potential hazards.
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring that expenditures remain within the approved budget and resources are allocated efficiently.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the course of the project, working with internal and external teams to find timely solutions.
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and other relevant materials.
Conduct regular project reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management on project performance, budget status, and any issues or risks.
Ensure that all projects comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within the construction industry.
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, budgeting, and scheduling.
Familiarity with local regulations in Spain, as well as international standards like ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks efficiently.
