Nordex Group YOUR TASKSDriving projects for new technologies and wind turbine concepts to be available for future Nordex product portfolio.Management of technology projects with high level of technical expertise covering all aspects of wind turbine generators.Professionally controlling project targets, quality, time, and cost.Support of departmental tasks such as budgeting, project planning, and knowledge transfer.Communication and interaction with all members of cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, experts, and managers of a wide range of levels.Preparation of decision proposals for management in the context of business strategy decisions.Regular reporting to engineering management, product strategy, and the board.Your ProfileDegree in engineering, science or equivalent.Complementary Training: Project management, cost estimation, and basics of economics.Profound knowledge of wind turbine technology.Professional experience in technical project management.Excellent communication skills.Proven track record in problem solving, overcoming obstacles, and providing practical solutions for challenging and complex problems.High degree of flexibility, proven ability to work in international teams, positive attitude towards cultural differences, and ability to motivate project team members.Fluency in English.At least 3-5 years of experience in project management of technically challenging and complex projects in an industrial environment.Availability to travel.
