Project Manager Compressors

Plan and Lead Compressor ProjectsPlan and lead compressor projects that are key in ensuring MAHLE's future position in the e-compressor market. Be the key contact with customers on project execution level.Responsibilities:Planning and management of global customer projects from concept phase to production in an international environment.Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects to achieve project goals with regards to costs, profitability, quality, and timing.Coordination of project team members, customers, internal and external development partners, suppliers, and production locations.Planning and assignment of work packages to team members and monitoring and controlling project progress.Overall responsibility for creating and controlling the project budgets.Project reporting and presentation to management.Coordinate and ensure process-compliant change management within the projects and track schedule and costs.Ensure the application of standardized project methods and tools (PDP (PTO), APQP).Interface with customers and inside the organization (in coordination with sales).Required Skills:Successfully completed technical or economic studies.At least 3 years of professional experience in project management and/or sales in the automotive industry.Good entrepreneurial thinking and actively customer and process-oriented.Experience in working with global teams at different locations and proficiency with typical project management tools (MS Project, quality-Tools risk planning and analysis tools).Fluent in English.
