What your responsibilities will be
Design and implement strategy and training plans aligned with the Business.
Assess training needs for new and existing employees aligned with the regional/country managers.
Proactively identify initiatives to upskill and reskill the commercial teams.
Develop, implement, conduct, measure and follow up comprehensive training solutions for Grifols Biopharma (affiliates and distributors) about products and sales and marketing skills.
Design and develop learning materials using different methodologies and tools to ensure the appropriate knowledge of participants.
Ensure constant update of training materials.
Develop educational content aligned with Medical Affairs and Marketing.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding trainings.
Deliver training for sales and marketing teams.
Implement training process and evaluation procedures, KPIs and measure results to ensure training effectiveness.
Track training results and manage reporting on training outcomes.
Provide feedback to program participants and management.
Responsible for the development of the technologies/platforms/tools upon the Commercial Learning & Development department.
Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies.
Ensure constant update of new technologies and methodologies.
Manage existing platform and learning tools.

University degree in Biology, Pharmacy or Medicine or similar preferable.
Postgraduate Programs in Business, Marketing, Sales or Training, nice to have.
At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience as sales or/and marketing specialist in pharmaceutical industry – nice to have.
Previous experience in training - nice to have.
Experience with new training methods like e-learning, blended learning etc. – nice to have.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Digital skills.
Excellent language skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Italian, German or French, nice to have.
