We are looking for a Project Manager to be part of our IT Analysis, Data and Integration stream.
Position Snapshot Location: Esplugues de Llobregat.Type of Contract: Permanent.Stream: IT Analytics, Data and Integration.Type of work: Hybrid.Work Language: Fluent Business English.The role As a Project Manager - Delivery, you will be accountable for overseeing and delivering projects within the Analytics, Data, and Integration (ADI) Department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your role will involve managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. You will be involved in a multitude of activities, managing the BSI scope within a broader Global Project, contributing to the BSI Innovation Advisory team by building and applying best-in-class principles in project management, as well as being heavily involved in the structuring of various large projects.
What you'll do Manage and deliver projects within the BSI ADI Department, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Particular focus is required on projects with complex scope in the IT integration area, specifically related to Financials, Sales, and Order Management areas.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.Establish principles and methodologies to apply towards BSI delivery, considering value generation, complex stakeholder environments, and technical landscapes.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery.Support BSI ADI in building best-in-class project management principles and help the team to apply them in their daily activities.We offer you

Our state-of-the-art campus is dog-friendly and equipped with a medical center, canteen, and areas to co-create, network, and chill!Recreation activities such as yoga, Zumba, etc., and a wide range of volunteering activities.Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager and/or delivering project management responsibilities on IT/data integration projects (preferably O2C area).Strong knowledge and experience in various project management methodologies and tools; you will be exposed to hybrid methods in various projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience working in a global environment, with virtual teams and third-party entities, considering information sharing with multiple audiences.Experience in the IT industry, specifically in application integration, data integration, and/or agile methodologies.Knowledge and experience with SAP and data integration.Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methods and processes, and the ability to support and manage agile project teams.Ease in navigating in vague environments with fluid goals and high change environments.Strong and effective communication skills.Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Bonus Points If You: PMI/PMP/PRINCE2 certified.About the IT Hub
