Your new role
As our new Project Manager, you will be part of an international team of Product Safety specialists, assisting with varied Ramboll projects.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Leading on projects relating to REACH, BPR and other global product stewardship regulations, with a focus on Biocides.Providing authorisation strategies and regulatory advice for clients, including the development of testing programmes for biocides and industrial chemicals.Compiling approval/authorisation dossiers according to the EU and GB Biocidal Products Regulation.Performing hazard, exposure and risk assessment, and/or efficacy assessments, in your field of expertise.Coordinating collaborative and timely preparation of application dossiers together with our subject matter experts.Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the current and future regulatory landscape, attending conferences to keep up to date with developments in the appropriate laws and guidance.Participating in business development activities by providing industry expertise when needed during visits to clients, through discussion and responses to new project briefs and administration.Ideally you live near Barcelona already, but if not, we offer you flexible hybrid working, which would mean visiting the office or a client in Barcelona a couple of times a month.

About you

Strong academic background with, as a minimum, a relevant science-based degree (e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology).Minimum of 3 years' experience working in regulatory affairs or product safety, ideally in the chemicals industry.Knowledge of European regulations (REACH, BPR, and other RoHS directives, etc.).
