TF Bank is working hard towards a European credit and payment platform, that offers financial flexibility to our customers. Our offering includes credit cards, cash loans, deposits and BNPL/white label e-commerce solutions in 13 European countries.
For our strategic projects, we are looking for a project manager to ensure that we can deliver our targets on time and seamlessly. This position is available inBerlin, Malaga, Szczecin, or Gdansk.
Key Responsibilities: Managing and steering strategic projects, including requirements and stakeholder management, transformation, budget and status reporting. Coordinating the project team and keep track of tasks, deadlines and results. Support in business analysis and requirements framework across departments and stakeholders. Creating decision and status documents for the management. Track and increase the efficiency of the project. Make sure, that the project team meets the requirements and deadlines of the project. Document the progress and decisions of the projects, guide the project team with best practice in organizing their work. Identify and document risks and dependencies of your project. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in project management in the financial industry. You know different project management methods and ways of thinking. You have experience working with multifunctional teams. You understand the connections between different banking IT-systems. You have excellent communication skills. You are able to explain complex structures and requirements. You have industry knowledge in the areas of finance & banking. Presentation skills in formal presentations to executive management Fluent in English, German is a big plus. Familiar with project management tools.
