You will be establishing best practices and working methodologies at Arkadia Space as well as implementing them, monitoring the various projects and the day-to-day operations, and shaping and contributing to the working culture at Arkadia Space.What you'll be doing:Define the working framework at Arkadia Space when running and implementing hardware development projects.Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate hardware development teams for projects related to future propulsion systems.Implement Agile methodologies and best practices that are suitable for the organization to organize and supervise hardware developments.Prepare high-level deliverables to meet the needs and requirements of the projects.Work closely with development teams to ensure on quality, on time and on cost project delivery.Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, both internal and external (national and international).Management of institutional projects and contracts from entities like European Space Agency (ESA), the European Commission (EC), or national ones like CDTI or the Spanish Space Agency.
From writing the proposals to monitor the execution of the projects always supported by the technical team.What you'll need:Proven experience in monitoring and managing projects, demonstrating the ability to tackle technical challenges and meet established deadlines and budgets.Proven experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
in projects involving multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in an international environment.
