Grooo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join FLIR's Fixed Mount Solutions R&D team. If you are passionate about technology, have a strong track record of managing cross-functional projects, and are skilled at driving teams toward successful project completion, this role is for you. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of intelligent camera and video detection management systems, working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to achieve key initiatives and new features. Key Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in driving project activities and ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards. Manage projects related to intelligent camera systems and video detection management systems, and their integration. Work as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) to define and deliver key project goals. Project Definition: Define the project charter, set priorities, and plan across functions. Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests. Project Execution: Coordinate meetings, track progress, and identify risks or issues. Oversee budget management, risk analysis, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with project and engineering lifecycles and provide administrative support for project activities. PMO Coordination Process Improvement: Collaborate with PMO members to ensure project consistency and efficiency. Maintain and update PMO templates, tools, and processes. Contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a technology environment, preferably in a corporate setting. Proven experience in program and project execution. Cross-functional project management ownership. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics), or Project Management. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience with project management tools such as PPM-Pro, Jira, MS Project, and documentation tools like Confluence. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Basic understanding of system engineering. Desirable Skills: Experience in network and cybersecurity. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO, legal aspects of development, component licensing). Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM. Expert-level proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
