Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support sales funnel management and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone with a problem-solving mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the acquisition sales funnel, ensuring timely delivery of emails and direct mail to targets.Import and export CSV files and handle basic spreadsheet tasks.Provide weekly task updates without the need for manager follow-ups.Identify, hire, and manage short-term specialists via platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.Use innovative tools, including AI programs, to build simple, efficient structures for project execution.Ensure that all tasks contribute to generating profit greater than their cost.Qualifications:Basic understanding of sales funnels and their improvement processes.Proficiency in task management and the ability to deliver timely updates.Strong analytical skills to identify solutions and delegate tasks effectively.Familiarity with innovative tools and techniques for efficient project management.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and an introductory video in English format.
