We work for clients from the public and private sectors, providing creative and sustainable solutions based on the efficient use of resources.RoleWe are currently looking to incorporate into the company a person who is studying Architecture, Building or Engineering to carry out consultant / Project Manager tasks as part of our Property Advisory Services team in Madrid. The person will support the rest of the team in the coordination and daily management of projects and other consulting services, allowing technical staff to carry out their own tasks. You will also support cost management and control and deal with clients and suppliers.Main Functions:Work with the team in project coordinationWork with the rest of the teams to offer organizational solutions that promote efficient project deliveryAssist with the delivery of bids, reports and other documents to ensure production of deliverables on time and within agreed budgets.Support in the monitoring of projectsAssist in the financial control of the project, costs and budgetsAttend internal and external meetings with clients and suppliersMinimum Requirements:Be studying Architecture, Building, Engineering (focused on construction) or similarMaster's studies in Project Management will be highly valuableGreat interest in the construction industry, real estate sector and in continuing to develop a career in comprehensive project managementKnowledge and interest in the area of modeling/financial viability applied to real estate projects will be valued.Advanced use of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Presto and MS Project / PrimaveraKnowledge in BIM Management (knowledge in modeling and coordination of BIM models at a basic level will be valued)High level of English required (C1); other languages valuableConditions:Be enrolled in the university to be able to establish an agreement with the UniversityImmediate incorporationDuration: 6 months of extendable internship (possibility of joining after completing the internship)Schedule: From 20 to 40 hours per week to be defined with the studentRemuneration: will depend on the student's level of training and the number of hours establishedHow to apply for the internship?To apply for this internship, register your updated CV and a cover letter in English
