Project Management Officer

Job description
In a context of growth around our major building projects as a General Contractor, we are looking to strengthen our International Operational Performance Department.
Reporting to the International Regional Director and working in collaboration with the Operational Performance team, you will support the department in analyzing its Major Design & Build Projects, working closely with Project Directors.
In this context, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Support the Project Management by capitalizing on and sharing best practices and creating a "Project Management Standards" in collaboration with your counterparts.
Conduct project reviews to identify risks and opportunities for each project, ensuring the project's viability in terms of quality, cost, and timeline.
Participate in Commerce-Production handover reviews and internal project steering committees (COPIL).
Lead the Project Management community by promoting best practices in order to improve methods and tools.

Profile
Graduated with a General Engineering degree or a specialized degree in the building sector, you have at least 10 years of experience in managing major construction projects, ideally in design and build, at the international level. Recognized for your project management skills, you demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
Fluency in English and a willingness to travel are mandatory.
