We design, build and install turnkey production systems, tooling, robotic assembly systems, and material handling equipment for our customers.POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for a Project Manager Officer to be located in Badalona (Barcelona). As an integral part of Aritex Opex team, you will report to the Head of Operational ExcellenceThe Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing project management processes within the Operational Excellence department. This position involves coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.Main duties- Process Development: Focused on creating and continuously improving project managementprocesses to ensure standardization across all teams.- Tool Development and Maintenance: Tasked with selecting, developing, and maintaining projectmanagement tools (project management software, time tracking systems, reporting dashboards,etc.) that will be uniformly used by all PMs.Training and Support: Responsible for providing ongoing training and support to PMs (both seniors and juniors) in the use of standardized tools and adherence to uniform processes.Collaboration and Communication: The PMO should establish regular communication channels with all PMs to gather feedback, provide updates on process/tool improvements, and discuss common challenges. Periodic meetings would be set up between the PMO and senior PMs to review the effectiveness of tools and processes and adjust as necessary.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of PMO Specialists who provide support to projectmanagers in their daily duties. Provide guidance, training, and support to the PMO team to ensurealignment with project objectives and departmental goals.- Risk Management: Define standard process to monitor project risks and deploy KPIs & tools forproject potential risks identification, and support PMs with processes and tools to effectivelycommunicate their mitigation strategies and take proactive measures to minimize their impact onproject outcomes.Monitoring & Reporting: Define, share and deploy process & tools to track project progress against established milestones and deliverables, based on OTD (On Time Delivery), OCT (On Cost Delivery) and OQD (On Quality Delivery). Collaborate with the Business Unit on the regular project reports for customers on OTD, OCT and OQD, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas requiring attention.Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teammembers, stakeholders, and external partners
