This position will complete the current PMO structure. It is created to deliver tolling projects that are currently in the planning stages as well as delivery stages in EMEA.This role will work to deliver the projects awarded in the coming few months, as well as already existing projects in EMEA (design, implementation, and delivery). At the same time, this role will act as Scheduler to contribute during Bids.The balance of activities between one role and another will vary depending on the demands of the bid and project.As project manager officer, this role is responsible for the organization and administrative follow-up of technical files (project, schedule, mission, quality approach, etc.) for the project manager.When acting as Scheduler, this role will be responsible for preparing the Gantt diagram, and becomes a shared resource between the Project Management Office and the Bid Office.ResponsibilitiesAs Project Manager Officer, you will:Manages and mantain documents relating to project management: formatting, storage, archiving, management of evolutions in close relation with the different stakeholders of the project.Project progress reporting.Implements various reports.Participates in the preparation of project reviews including project financial sheets.Esures the administrative follow-up of the project: creation and follow-up of the budget, the resources plan and help in controlling the costs.Organizes project group or structure meetings and drafts meeting minutes.Ensures the follow-up and the archiving of the exchanges with the customers and the suppliers concerning the progress, the schedules and all types of mails and emails.As Scheduler, you will:Ensures that an updated schedule is always available for each assigned project,Ensures that the required level of details, showing main and key project activities are available in the project schedules,Participates in assigned project's initialization phase to drive the elaboration of the project schedule, and act as a Scheduling Subject Matter Expert to assist the Project and Bid managers in the scheduling activities.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's Degree – Preferably in computer sciences/engineering, business/finance, or another related field.Experience and Skills:Project Management Training (certified is a plus)3 years' experience in a similar role and being part of a project management team.English fluent required - knowledge of secondary or more languages are a big plus (Spanish/French preferred).Office tools Proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)Expert in Microsoft Project.Knowledge of the Project Management method (reporting, progress…)Finance know-how such as invoicing, accounting, and budgeting.Organized, able to create systems to track long issue lists and manage multiple priorities.Good communicator, comfortable with dealing with the client (verbally, by email, and in presentations).#J-18808-Ljbffr
