We are looking for an "PMO Support" to provide services to one of our clients,a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES: Agenda Management: planning and preparing for Program events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activites. KPIs and Dashboards Onboarding/Offboarding process, answering questions and responding to complaints and requests Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs
Stakeholder Management: Supports the Program Manager by ensuring stakeholders have been correctly identified and that their communication needs are met Information Management: Able to manage complex data flows and ensure that the required information Management systems maintain the safety and integrity of the program's data What will make you successful in this role? IT project management background. Bachelor's Degree. MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Nice to Have: JIRA/Confluence experience. Experience with PowerBI, Power Automateor other BI tools. Excellent EnglishLanguage skills (oral and written). European citizenship or work permit in Spain.
SCHEDULE :
08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible) 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote. CONDITIONS: Salary package based on your profile (we'll speak about it in our first call) Permanent Contract Flexible Retribution Program (medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check)
