The key goal in this role is manage projects aligned with business needs.

We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about organization and teamwork in constant search of excellence.
Spirit of collaboration is essential to achieve that projects will be launched successfully.
"Bring others with you" is a must in this role due to the critical need of negotiation and alignment with Carriers, Partners and colleagues of different lines of business.
Improving Customer Service with a digital view is a challenge as well How will you make an impact in this role?
Project Manager: end to end responsible for critical projects like: Avoid cancellations and keep attrition ratios under control.
Managing all internal and external stakeholders involved: third parties, carriers, internal teams… Repricing.
Lead premium increase for portfolio and new products as well.
International Projects looking for automatization and digital alternatives.
Offline new products design and launch: Premium products for instance Governance.
Compliance testings and reviews, audits, etc.
All of this, under Law, Compliance and regulation in place.
Customer service responsible for FEE products: escalation process.
Grow the Amex Customer engagement by creating insurance products or offers providing advice and support to Acquisition and Digital Team.
Data analysis, trend, and reporting.
Presentations.
Minimum Qualifications Project manager expertise will be valuable.
Accountability of the projects assigned.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
Analytical and organizational skills always tend to excellence.
Teamwork in a digital environment, driven by objectives, ambitious and communicative.
Used to work on a goal-driven and dynamic environment.
Previous experience in Amex will be valuable.
Preferred Qualifications Background working in Insurance.
