This team functions as a strategic and cross-functional group responsible for coordinating efforts to align our operations and culture with the organization's overall strategy.
This includes change management, project and program management, and process improvement.We aim to transform the organization to be more digital, efficient and structurally fitted to achieve our goals.
Our role is crucial in ensuring that the organization adopts new technologies and ways of working effectively, improves processes, and cultivates an innovative mindset, all contributing to maintaining our competitive edge.The Corporate Development Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives that align with EcoVadis's strategic goals.
This individual will be a key facilitator, bridging diverse teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project outcomes are delivered effectively.To be successful in this position, you will thrive on building relationships and understanding the needs of your stakeholders while achieving project deliverables.In this role, you will:DriveCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to build detailed plans, understand dependencies, and resolve resource requirements for flawless execution.Align goals across diverse tech teams and cross-business unit resources for smooth execution.Identify improvement and training opportunities and recommend courses of action.Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving to resolve issues while continuously evaluating and refining processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.ExecuteLead project execution and proactively manage changes, ensuring timely decisions, effective communication, and team alignment.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with project goals.Collaborate across departments, including service, marketing, business, and product teams, to handle dependencies, define schedules, and drive alignment.Support the measurement of project outcomes by establishing baseline metrics and tracking performance improvements post-execution
