In this position, you will report to the Project Operations Manager.Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:Revenue tracking, margins tracking, and cash flow overall project health reporting.Collaborate and coordinate with Project Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Vendors.High-level Project Management Status tracking and escalations management.Understanding contract requirements on QA and Engineering documentation, performing support.Invoicing execution and invoice payment tracking.Preparation of Project handoff from Operations to Asset Management.Working within NetSuite, Arena, Anaplan, NX Sam to generate required reports and purchase orders.Here is some of what you'll need (required):Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with MS Excel and computer literacy.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously with care given to each.Capability to build cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.Here are a few of our preferred experiences:Experience working with Supply Chain and Logistics is a plus.Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.Experience working with Jira is a plus.NEXTracker is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
