Job Description :ortunity for a PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).RESPONSIBILITIESWith a diverse internal customers that belong to aircraft Programmes and other functions of the company (Procurement, support services, Sustainability, Corporate functions ), the jobholder will support the Project Manager to set-up or recover the Project by adding value and making an immediate positive impact in the early phase of the project.Main accountabilities and responsibilities as Project Manager Business Partner are :Anticipating issues and risks of the project and proposing mitigation plans and opportunities.Proposing solutions for efficient project management.Reporting to project boards by providing adequate indicators and analysis (KPI, Dashboard,etc.), multi-functional schedule, cost and resource plans, managing many interdependencies.Deploying Project Management processes, methods and tools and easing best PM practices sharing within the PM community (including feedback, lessons learnt).Identifying any deviations from project baseline and proposing preventive and corrective actions. He / she is in charge of the action follow-up.Promoting the Airbus PM Culture across the organisation and leading by example.Contribute to Central PM Office collaboration for ZEROe Programme overall consolidation (governance, planning, EVM management, Risks and opportunities )SKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
