Job Description: The Project Management Associate will play a key role in managing and optimizing the operational processes of the Capital Raising Unit team. This includes ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date and functional, implementing new features in collaboration with Marketers and IT, delivering clear dashboards to help manage and monitor the commercial activity, and improving internal workflows to reduce administrative tasks. The position will support the team by coordinating project management and operational aspects of the Capital Raising Unit team, ensuring tools, materials, and processes are aligned with the needs of the team, helping them streamline their efforts in reaching out to potential investors.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with information collected by the senior team, ensuring data quality and consistency.Lead the implementation of new CRM features in coordination with IT.Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the CRM as an operational tool.Create clear dashboards to help monitor sales activity and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.Marketing and Operational Process Optimization: Define and improve operational processes related to the Capital Raising Unit sales activity.Update and keep track of the latest marketing materials.Coordinate with other departments and investment teams to ensure the integration and proper operation of tools and processes.Liaise with the Central Marketing Team to expand client outreach through the right sales/marketing/communication tools and also lead project management with specific Client Events.Reporting: Create and maintain internal reporting on key metrics for tracking fundraising efforts.Prepare documentation for internal management committees.Keep track of Business Development Partners' activity.Assist in gathering and updating information on Asset Management products across various internal and external platforms.Supervision and Improvement of Operational Tools: Identify and implement new marketing and sales tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency.Coordinate the implementation of automation tools to reduce administrative workload and optimize workflows.Facilitate coordination acting as a project manager in different initiatives at the intersection between the Investors Relations team and the Capital Raising Unit.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Full-time availability.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operational roles or project management, preferably within finance, consulting, or asset management industries.Proven skills in process optimization and tool management (CRM, ERP, or reporting systems).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
