). Project presentation. Execute process audits. Document process changes. Coordinate/execute technical workshops. Manage documentation for the technical roadmap. Roadmap communication with suppliers/clients. Change management roadmap. Project scope definition. Roadmap and timing. Project risk plan. Client project presentation. Project execution and monitoring: Organize and train the internal project team: integration, analysis, product, compliance, activation, Customer Care, etc.
