About the role
As a Project Leader, you will help us implement OptiQa (a disruptive subscription-based business model that will change the way we use glasses/contact lenses to have the perfect eyesight in every situation).
Your main goal is to make sure the most important optical retailers in the world succeed in their transformation toward 'usership' rather than ownership.
What you'll do Create the strategy and go-to-market for the subscription vertical tailored for each merchant.Build tailored roll-out plans and lead the implementation (driven by the OptiQa methodology) of the key areas (working with multiple stakeholders, including C-level):Management alignment and business plan.Pricing and product range.Go-to-market and marketing materials.Business / Commercial training & coaching.In-store system training and support.P&L, KPIs, and financial flows.Legal structure and implementation.Execute the plan including workshops, and one-on-ones, be the coach to the appointed responsible people of the optical retailer per workstream, report progress, roll up the sleeves and solve problems, be creative and find even better solutions than we have in the methodology.Build specific business cases for each partner we plan to work with.Make sure to be the "OptiQa campaigner" in the organisation and drive the project with a huge amount of passion and energy.Be a core pillar in providing training and follow-ups for individuals, stores, regions and the overall optical retailer.What we offer
