Job Position: Project Leader Location: Santiago de Compostela PTC Group is hiring for a client in the sustainable aquaculture sector, focusing on logistics, distribution, and aquaculture opportunities. Position Mission: Manage new investment projects, preferably in aquaculture (industrial plants). Experience in other sectors is also valued. Lead a technical team of project engineers and technical staff. Oversee financial control of projects and assigned CAPEX. Manage project timelines, costs, and ensure technical quality. Lead team management. Report to upper management. Maintain contact with clients and suppliers, and interact with public administrations for project permitting. Responsibilities: High: Project management, planning review, and cost monitoring. Medium: Supplier qualification and offer tabulation. Low: Estimating project hours and preparing offer documents. Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. Languages: Spanish and English (both fluent). Certification in project management (e.G., PMI) is valued. 15+ years of project management experience, especially in multidisciplinary projects for industrial plants. 5+ years in a similar role.
