Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years of expertise in the Fiber Optic Monitoring Engineering Sector to join our technical team at our Mutilva offices.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Technical Director to plan, review, and validate projects.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring progress is on track.
Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
Actively manage projects through regular client meetings and communication.
Maintain financial oversight of projects, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Provide commercial support to both existing and potential clients.
Address and resolve project-related issues and incidents.
Supervise and contribute to the preparation of technical project documentation.
Lead, manage, and motivate teams to enhance productivity.
Monitor and report on KPIs within your area of responsibility.
Requirements High-level English proficiency (C1).
Strong conflict mediation and resolution skills.
A business-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the fiber optic or related sectors.
