Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland who are now hiring an experienced Project Lead for a high value Data Centre project in Barcelona.Responsibilities:Take overall responsibility for delivery of project.Contribute to the development of the overall approach for the programme, its major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes.Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards.Manage client/design teams reporting to the Construction Director.Overall site & project responsibility.Monitor and coordinate dependencies across the projects and resolve conflicts.Work closely with the Planning Manager.Requirements:Relevant Third level Degree.5 years PM experience in Ireland or overseas (Pharma, Data, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, high density residential, commercial).Proven experience running large projects.Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.Package includes highly competitive salary, accommodation, flights, living allowance, pension, annual bonus, health care, transport, etc.For further information please contact Robert Bridgeman.
