WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Project Manager in the Case Services global PMO (Program Management Office) team, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues, internal departments, and leadership in building out initiatives and projects as part of a journey of continuous improvement for the organization. You will be part of projects across any one of our four main focus areas: Business, Operations, People, and Creativity, and you will support the PMO Manager to plan, budget, and roll-out projects. You will be a key contact for the Leadership and Management teams, providing support to their project and regional needs, as well as helping to ensure we monitor deadlines and regular project reporting. You will have global visibility of the Global Production business and will have the opportunity to craft initiatives based on business needs and your own inputs. Your tasks will also include coordinating meetings such as project kick-off meetings and leadership calls, holding meetings, brainstorming sessions, and sprints, as well as managing project timelines in collaboration with Global Production, Expert Networks, Global Information Procurement and Access, Design Studios, and affiliated Leadership and Management.YOU'RE GOOD AT:Structuring and leading complex strategic and operational projects with multiple parallel work streams that routinely require independent judgement, trade-offs or prioritization.Translating high-level strategic ideas into actionable plans.Driving innovation with creative, pragmatic, and out-of-the-box thinking.Confidently and autonomously driving to results and keeping assignments on track, while displaying flexibility in the solutioning process.Experienced in project planning and coordinating, end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives, and knowing when escalation is required.Aligning diverse (and sometimes conflicting) stakeholder interests; handling ambiguous, complex situations with poise and diplomacy.Experienced at interfacing with teams to gather input on project requirements, processes, and overall business needs.Strong problem-solving and good prioritization skills enable you to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with people at all levels.Ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations, with excellent communication skills.Good multitasking and organizational skills.Strong affinity for technology and keeping up with current trends in traditional and new ways of project management.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):6-8 years of relevant experience in project management work, preferably in a fast-paced consulting/professional services environment.Bachelor's or similar degree in Business Administration, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
