About the Role
The Implementation Consultant will work as a member of one of our EMEA Delivery Squads to lead our implementation projects, ensuring that complex solutions are implemented effectively and sustainably by our customers.
The primary responsibilities in this role will be to present to prospects our capabilities from a technical, methodological, and functional point of view during the definition and planning stage, perform detailed requirements analysis on client implementation projects, and lead the implementation stage as the primary contact for our customers until they complete the integration of our services.
The role will preferably be based in Madrid or Milan, and we are happy to assist with your relocation.
Job Responsibilities Create the Statement of Work (SOW) for more complex projects to formalize the client's business, functional, and technical requirements in a client-friendly document.Break down requirements into epics and user stories and work closely with all stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.Create prototypes to better present the solution that will be implemented for the client and set the stages to collect requirements in a more effective way.Facilitate decision-making with both internal and external stakeholders and assess trade-offs to define the optimal solution that fulfills the client's needs and ensures a sustainable offering.Work with development teams to understand the requirements and tasks required to deliver them.Own overall communication with internal and external stakeholders during the implementation stage.Assist with quality assurance testing.Work with business stakeholders and product owners to manage the product backlog.Communicate with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.Work with the development and QA teams to explain prototypes and specifications.Set and continually manage requirements delivery expectations with team members and stakeholders.Develop and maintain documentation to ensure consistent and effective delivery for the client.Ensure and own client's sign-off on the delivered project.Responsible for smooth and timely hand-over to the client service team.Qualifications Fluency in English and Italian.Interest in technology and project management.Excellent writing, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to forge working relationships with various teams within the organization.Ability to work independently, prioritize workload to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.Understanding of supporting technology and business processes.Logical and structured approach to problem-solving.Excellent attention to detail.Prior experience as a project manager or business analyst is a plus.Experience with JIRA, Confluence is a plus.Experience with or exposure to Agile and software development is a plus.Business Analysis qualification (ISEB, Dip BCS) is a plus.Prior development experience is a plus.Knowledge of the investment industry is a plus.E99_MstarNetworkSL Morningstar Network SL (Madrid) Legal Entity
