Supporting the business development team in the review of new opportunities, including the creation and operation of financial models, preparation of project analysis, risk assessment, PPA, and market overview in order to support and present the investment rationale and opportunity to management.Taking an active role in debt structuring and financing, including preparing cashflow projections and project information for lenders, discussing financing terms, and analyzing their impact on projects, performing sensitivities for debt sizing and covenant compliance, reviewing financing documents, and supporting in the external due diligence process with the lenders' advisors.Working on M&A processes for the sale of solar PV assets, including preparing the documentation to present the projects to investors, evaluating and shortlisting offers, managing the Q&A and due diligence processes, supporting the business development and legal teams in negotiating SPA, EPC, and O&M contracts, as well as managing and running the financial model for the sale.Working actively and closely with the operations, finance, and legal teams in order to ensure successful financing and investment execution and smooth reporting and coordination also at group level.Minimum Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, debt structuring practices, or M&A.Familiarity with structured finance, non-recourse financing structures in particular, and M&A execution processes.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Financial modeling experience, including building models from scratch.Attention to detail and very strong analytical skills.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.English language proficiency is a must.
