In this role, you will play a crucial part in the management and execution of our rail projects to ensure they are handled in accordance with the contract terms and best practices. If you are eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to the success of mobility, we encourage you to apply.Nature of responsibilities: As part of the Project Management Team:Assist project managers to effectively manage the interface between the technical and contractual aspects of the project.Review contracts, technical specifications, and their amendments during the execution phase and provide input to the Project Managers.Support the claims, opportunity management and value engineering processes, including identification, substantiation, analysis and submission.Help record variations, their corresponding cost impacts, and developing profitability for our projects.Ensure the timely submission of notices and be responsible for their follow-up and reporting together with our project and legal teams.Proactively monitor change management through formalizing processes.Review and write letters and project documentation such as Minutes of Meetings and Monthly reports and identify potential risks.Be involved in the budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control, specifically related to cost overruns, claims and variations. Project PlanningHelp the PM to analyse the Project Schedule (and specifically the Baseline schedules) to manage risks and potential delays to the critical path
