Your missions:
Analyse customer's request to clarify needs and define solutions for water pretreatment, post-treatment, and reuse/recycling. This includes water treatment equipment definition, process design, sizing, and costing.
Participate in field pilot-tests at customer sites.
Support the Sales Teams and act as partner and provider of reliable and added-value solutions.
Actively participate in the technical, commercial, and contractual negotiations.
Manage project execution and in-time delivery from the order processing to the installation start-up and hand-over to customer, including technical files compilation.
Coordinate with the various internal and external stakeholders like Sales, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
Position home-based or office-based in headquarters or regional offices.
Regular field trips at customer sites as a support to the local Sales Teams are required (approx. 35% of the time).
Desired profile:
Engineering education (in the field of water treatment, chemistry, mechanical/hydraulics, etc.) with at least 5 years of experience in reuse/recycle/wastewater projects.
Experience and understanding of the general industrial processes, particularly those in connection with water.
Experienced in water reuse/recycle and wastewater treatment.
Experienced in water treatment installations.
Experienced in water pretreatment.
Competent in project management.
Good communication skills with all kinds of contacts (internal and external; from field to plant manager).
Customer-oriented, open-minded, willing to learn and to progress.
Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering, instruments, and automation.
AutoCAD & Visio knowledge is an added advantage.
Office Pack literacy compulsory.
Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written) compulsory.
Valid driver's license is compulsory.
