This role includes delegation to design engineers and will leverage and promote each team member's strengths as a unique value add.
Minimum Skills Typically 6+ years of industry experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Civil and/or Environmental Experience with Site Grading, Earthwork Calculations, Road Design, Drainage (Calculations & Reports), Utility Layout & Sizing Technical Report Writing Experience in assembling and collating plan set packages Previous experience in putting together plan set packages and providing redlines for drafters Works independently under general supervision Work with multiple site base files oriented in different coordinate frames and varying units Preferred Skills Knowledge of Graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
Certifications or other sustainability-oriented accreditation preferred (LEED, PE, etc.)
