Become a part of the "strength within."PositionHexcel is currently seeking a Project Engineer II for our Parla location (Spain).ResponsibilitiesThe selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following obligations:Under direction of Project Manager, manage capital projects (up to $5M), including, but not limited to:scoping and estimating the projectsauthoring capital expenditure requests for the sameleading multi-functional project teamsproviding cost and schedule controlidentifying required resourcescoordinating between all affected partiesWork with site personnel to execute projects efficiently and effectively with minimal impact to existing operations.Coordinate with the local technical and operational teams to ensure key project and site objectives are met.Monitor project progress and performance; communicate project status with senior employees and project stakeholders; develop and deliver formal presentations to management as necessary.Develop proposals or RFQ's for the purposes of scoping or estimating capital investments; work with vendors and/or contractors to optimize system performance.QualificationsB.S.
