Must be able to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization and solve problems efficiently in a team-based work environment.Primary Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Project Manager, manage capital projects which would include, but not be limited to, scoping and estimating the projects, authoring capital expenditure requests for the same.Lead multi-functional project teams, providing cost and schedule control, identifying required resources, and coordinating between all affected parties.Work with site personnel to execute projects efficiently and effectively with minimal impact to existing operations.Coordinate with the local technical and operational teams to ensure key project and site objectives are met.Monitor project progress and performance; communicate project status with senior employees and project stakeholders; develop and deliver formal presentations to management as necessary.Develop proposals or RFQs for the purposes of scoping or estimating capital investments; work with vendors and/or contractors to optimize system performance.Manage the procurement process for capital expenditure projects, including interface and negotiations with suppliers of equipment and services.Develop technical specifications, ensuring that equipment conforms to local specifications and availability.Prepare and maintain Engineering drawings, including Engineering and Process Flow Diagrams, Assembly Drawings, and Detailed Design Drawings.Design and/or troubleshoot systems related to instruments, controls, mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer.Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.Provide oversight for commissioning and startup of new or modified equipment.Ensure safe working practices are carried out to comply with site standards on health, safety, and environmental regulations.Ensure maximum possible duplication of the best-chosen process technology at all impacted sites.Negotiate with prospective suppliers of equipment and services.Position Requisites:Education: Ingeniero Técnico: Aeronáutico, Ingeniero Superior: IndustrialLanguages: Inglés: B2Knowledge: Alto dominio del paquete Microsoft OfficeExperience: 3 añosBasic Qualifications:B.S.
