Essity is looking for a Project Manager to run technology, process, and range of finished products according to PRIME and project tollgates, goals, and deliverables.
Deliver the project on time and according to the financial plan based on confirmed Capex requirements.
Achieve project goals, targets, and deliverables by managing in matrix multi-functional teams.
Maintain effective communication flow between line managers, project sponsors, project teams, and other stakeholders inside or outside the company.
Projects can belong to technology, infrastructure, services, and construction areas. Tasks may be assigned at both side or regional levels with multi-site interaction, responsible for a single country or area within a country.
What you will do
Ensure all safety and health, fire prevention, technical, economic, SCA, and legal norms are followed during the complete project.
Execute project work activities according to Quality and Environmental Management System and Safety and Health regulations, e.g., firefighting routines, Hygiene Guidelines.
Secure the right transference of knowledge to the organization in relation to the project.
Define the right standards in relation to new projects, e.g., product specifications, quality checks, SPC, validation routines, CL, CIL, SOP, etc.
Identify and make available new technology improvements and perform technology benchmarks between Lines, Teams, and other factories.
Participate in DOM's, WOM's (when necessary).
Support the RST members and Technical Team in the impact of improvements in Technology issues.
Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within the department.
