Achieve projects goals, targets and deliverables by managing in matrix multi-functional teams.
Keep an effective communication flow between line managers, project sponsor, project team and other stakeholders inside or outside the company.
Projects to be managed can belong to technology, infrastructure, services and construction areas. Tasks can be assigned both side or regional level, with multi-site interaction. Responsible for single country or area within a country.

What you will do Keeps all safety and health, fire prevention, technical, economic and SCA and legal norms during the complete project. Execute the project work activities according to Quality and Environmental Management System and Safety and Health regulations e.g. firefighting routines, Hygiene Guidelines. Secures the right transference knowledge to the Organization in relationship with the Project. Assures the definition of the right standards in relationship with new projects; e.g. product specification, quality checks, SPC, validation routines, CL, CIL, SOP, etc. Identifies and makes available the new technologies improvements and performs technology benchmarks between Lines, Teams and other factories. Participate in DOM's, WOM's (when necessary). Supports the RST members and Technical Team in the impact on improvements in Technology issues. Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within his/her department. Who you are Engineering – University degree
