```htmlDescription:DTN is seeking to hire a Project Engineer to join our team full-time. The Project Engineer will keep engineering projects on time and on a budget, as well as monitor activities such as procurement, quality control, and system configuration. The Project Engineer shall be responsible for the day-to-day running of engineering processes. This individual will also work closely with other levels of management such as business development teams, supporting service level agreements with customers, and negotiating with third parties when needed.What you will be responsible for:Translating client requirements into practical terms that can be implemented by a teamConfirming product performance by designing and conducting tests.Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.Controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.Collaborating across interdisciplinary teamsWhat you will bring to the role:Relevant engineering or development experience.Fluent in Spanish and English.Familiarized with projects lifecycle.Teamwork-oriented mindset.Availability to travel.Experience in related industry is a plus.Aviation-specific experience preferred.What you can expect from DTN:Hybrid Work ModelLife and Accident InsuranceHealth InsuranceTicket GuarderíaTicket restaurantEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between €26,250 and €35,000 annually. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
