Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical) or any technical related course
Minimum of 2 years work experience as Project Supervisor / Project Engineer or Team Leader
Proven track record of managing engineering projects successfully

Skills
Computer Literate
Good communication skills in English and Filipino
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or Sketch-up
Able to interpret 2D and 3D drawings
Knowledgeable in project management
Flexible and willing to be assigned to work schedules supporting production hours
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
Project management and supervision experience
Willing to collaborate and receive constructive feedback for the greater good of the company
Able to handle multiple tasks and projects
