MAK Water designs & manufactures a wide range of water treatment plants at its Perth workshop, and supports its customers with a network of service teams across Australia.We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of water treatment plants, with a wide range of technologies, and a strong future order book for plants to be installed in Australia and overseas.THE ROLEMAK Water currently have a vacancy for an experienced Project Engineer (Project Manager), managing the end to end process of designing, manufacturing and commissioning of water treatment plants. The role requires the individual to be a motivated, self-starter working within a team of Engineers and Draftspersons ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time and on budget. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the principle focus of this role is to:Manage projects from design to commissioningOversee fabrication in MAK Water workshopFactory testing and then site commissioningBuild and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliesProvide technical support and solutions to assist in preparation of estimates, quotes and tendersSKILLS & REQUIREMENTSThe successful applicant will:Have a tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical preferred)Have a minimum of 3 years experience managing projectsBe experienced in design and project management for process plantsHave a proactive, constructive approach to resolving problemsHave exceptional written and verbal communication skillsValue safety and quality in all project deliveriesTHE BENEFITSAn appropriate remuneration package will be offered depending on skills and experience.
