The ideal candidate should have experience in project management within a client or consulting company, with the ability to actively contribute to a wide range of project work, from small improvements to large industrial constructions.The role of the Project Engineer involves overseeing multiple phases and/or specializations, including:Strategic Consulting: project master planning, conceptual engineering.Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall time schedule, procurement strategy, and financial plan.Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, and procurement.Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management.The primary goal is to deliver high-quality services within the defined budget and timeline to the client.Role Requirements:The ideal candidate should have experience in:Project documentation and control, cost control, scheduling, and construction supervision.Working on tasks requiring various skills and prioritizing task completion.Complete life cycle of projects including master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works, infrastructure needs, contracting, and construction management.Industrial environment projects with a focus on process engineering, equipment, mechanics, instrumentation, and automation.Notions in civil works, building utilities, and process utilities.Permitting and procurement experience is an asset.Additional requirements include:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in Industrial Organization, Chemicals or Bio-Chemicals, Mechanicals (or similar).3 to 6 years of relevant experience in industrial projects.Experience in Food and Beverages or Biotech industries is preferred.Project management experience.Fluency in English and Spanish required, with French or German as an asset.Driver License B.Proficiency in PC-literate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications, MS Project, and AutoCAD.Benefits:Permanent contract.Focus on Safety, Prevention, and Well-being.Specialized in-house trainings for career development.No glass ceiling for career advancement.Equal opportunities and a commitment to diversity.Exciting projects with top clients in an international environment
