Role Description:The Project Engineer will be responsible for specific project deployment, installation, configuration, and commissioning tasks. The Project Engineer will work closely with Clinisys customers and be involved in LIS GestLab implementations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Design of technical solutions as well as configuration and adaptation of GestLab product to the client's needs.Presenting the product and providing training to customers within the scope of the project both on site and remotely.Ensuring that the progress of all assigned project tasks is accurate, up-to-date, and that work is recorded correctly and timely in accordance with the company's internal procedure.Working closely with Project Manager / Customer Service Manager, offering recommendations and identifying technical risks with the Project Manager.Preparation of project related documentation.Take responsibility for all technical aspects of assigned tasks.Perform assigned tasks in accordance with project plan, budget, and customer satisfaction.Propose product and service improvements to the Project Manager / Customer Service Manager to improve delivery time and quality.Escalate potential issues to the Project Manager or Customer Service Manager.Propose improvements of internal procedures, helping to increase organizational efficiency.Feedback to the technical writer to provide and/or improve technical documentation.Prepare a service report for each intervention on the client, as well as monitoring client acceptance and sending the corresponding documentation to the administration department.Ensure that internal information systems contain the required product license records, as well as provide product licenses to customers.Attend internal and client-led project meetings with the Project Manager, as appropriate.Build and maintain a good relationship with the client, ensuring an increase in overall customer satisfaction.Travel across Spain and internationally when required.Minimum Requirements:Relevant University Degree.Experience in the healthcare industry (Medical Laboratory, Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Pathology).Knowledge of databases and SQL.Experience working with software products.Fluency in Spanish and good written and spoken English.Additional "nice to have" skills and experience:Technical knowledge of Windows / TCP / IP / Citrix / Terminal Server / Unix / Virtualization / VMware.Experience working in the IT/healthcare sector.Knowledge of specific health communications standards such as HL7, ASTM, IHE.Experience working with laboratory information systems or those linked to laboratories.#LI-Remote
