Project Director, Madrid

Linum Consult's client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are currently seeking a Project Director to join their team on a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility construction project in Madrid.RESPONSIBILITIESBased on site, you will be managing the main contractors, sub-contractors, designers and cost consultancies.Leading the project management team to ensure that the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives.Creating an organisation structure to optimise the most efficient use of resources.Preparing the budget for your department and monitoring the financial performance of the project; rectifying any problemsthat arise.Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets.Recommending improvements to departmental policies and procedures.PROFILEDegree qualified in Construction or Engineering.MEP experience in the construction of large-scale industrial facilities.Significant experience working on EPC projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.A history of working for main contractors.The right to live and work in the EU.APPLICATION PROCESSIf you fulfil the minimum requirements stipulated by our client and are confidentially interested in applying, please send your CV and contact details to ****** for the attention of Neill Donald.#J-18808-Ljbffr
