Project Director (H/F) - MadridAtlantis RH is seeking for un client, an International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings.
Vos missionsBeing the principal client interlocutor for the commercial, contractual and project relation.Leading designing phase in collaboration with our French specialist teams.Coordinating the construction work with our on-site engineers and our subcontractors.Managing all internal project stakeholders.Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning.Driving financial and timing aspects of the whole project.Vos compétencesAs a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer, you have a minimum of 15 years of experience on big industrial building projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines. Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
