Atlantis RH is seeking for un client, International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, a Project Director (H/F) #Construction in Madrid.

Vos missions Your main missions are:

Being the principal client interlocutor for the commercial, contractual and project relation Leading designing phase in collaboration with our French specialist teams Coordinating the construction work with our on-site engineers and our subcontractors Managing all internal project stakeholders Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning Driving financial and timing aspects of the whole project Vos compétences As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer you have a minimum of 15 years of experience on big industrial building projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
