Our opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Project Director.Your roleAs a Project Director, your main responsibilities will involve:Take accountability for a successful implementation of large or high complexity local, regional, cross-segment or function projects, large or high complexity projects of a program, or Group programs.Select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives.Adapt to and apply different delivery approaches (Waterfall, Scrum, Zurich Lean), and develop a detailed project plan at task level based on the agreed business case.Secure compliance with requirements to meet stakeholder needs and expectations, balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result.Ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information to enable effective decision making and ensure successful project outcomes.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Project Director, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
