The company is distinguished by its commitment to sustainability, producing locally e-methanol and sustainable aviation fuels for clients in the industrial, maritime, and aviation sectors. Operating in both France and the Iberian Peninsula, Elyse Energy plays a crucial role in strengthening European energy independence.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee key projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and within the established budget.Develop and implement strategies that drive the success of projects, aligning them with Elyse Energy's business and environmental objectives.Collaborate closely with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and external collaborators, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in project execution.Efficiently manage subcontractors such as property engineers, EPCs, consultancies, etc.Supervise the efficient use of resources, both human and financial, to maximize efficiency and minimize risks in project execution.Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative requirements in all projects, ensuring sustainability and social responsibility of Elyse Energy's initiatives.Proactively identify and evaluate potential risks and challenges in projects, implementing preventive and corrective measures as necessary.Qualifications:University degree in Engineering, preferably industrial or mining. An advanced qualification in project management is preferred.Previous experience in successfully directing industrial projects, preferably in the oil & gas sector, renewable energies, or low-carbon technologies.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multifunctional teams towards common objectives.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Spanish and English.
