Mission and Responsibilities: We are building a customer-focused and technology-driven platform for the Assisted Channels. Our mission is to develop and deploy the new Platform and an enhanced way of working in branches and contact centers, and we are on the lookout for professionals who will lead the deployment in a phygital world! Manage and Coordinate Projects: Lead the transformation of assisted channels, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and customer needs. Develop, oversee, and drive initiatives that enhance branch and contact center operations. Monitor Project Activities: Track all project activities and timelines, ensuring timely progress and identifying potential delays. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, operations, end-user technology teams, and other bank domains to manage expectations, ensuring seamless delivery and integration of solutions. Project Documentation: Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of all required project documentation, supporting transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct continuous assessments of project risks, contribute to the development of effective mitigation strategies, and ensure the tracking and management of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards by adhering to rigorous quality control processes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Software Director and other key team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes. Technological Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. Budget Management: Manage the project's tech budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation, while meeting financial targets. To be successful in the role you must have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred)
