Project Development Manager Solo Quedan 15H

The Green Recruitment Company has been partnered with a leading Investment Fund with more than 30GW of projects under development to work in their onshore Renewables to be based in Madrid.The Onshore Project Manager will be in charge of the technical business development of the onshore projects in Iberia, reporting to the BD Director.Responsibilities include:- Lead end-to-end project development activities for Onshore Wind Greenfield projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to identify suitable project sites and assess their potential.- Coordination and liaison with stakeholders.- Budget compliance and deviation control.- Supervising contracts along with risk management, quality assurance and document and cost control.- Arrange site visits and meetings whilst delivering excellent community engagement at each stage of a project.Qualifications- 3+ years of relevant experience working in the business development of onshore projects.- Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.- A willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team, whilst fostering a positive working environment for all members.- Fluency in English and availability to travel is a requirement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
